The Installation and Upgrade Overview course is a general course covering the installation and upgrade of EnterpriseOne. You will receive hands-on experience preparing for the installation of the enterprise server with steps before, during, and after the installation. You will identify the options that are available through the installation planner and the installation workbench wizard. Detail is presented on what is involved in preparing for and executing an upgrade including the details of a specification merge. Upon completion of this course you be able to explain the difference between an installation plan and an upgrade plan and discuss trouble-shooting techniques for each, how to apply software updates.
